How long does it take for my coffee to arrive?Updated 3 months ago

After an order is placed, it will typically ship from our roaster (in North Carolina) within 3 business days. 

At this time, we are only shipping within the US and Canada.

The shipping service used depends on the order size:

• A single small item, such as a 12oz bag, or a box of coffee pods, will ship via eDHL, and it will take about 2-5 days to arrive depending on your distance from the roaster.
•  2-4 small items or a single 5lb bag will ship via FedEx 2 Day shipping.
•  Orders larger than that will ship via FedEx Ground, and take about 2-5 days to arrive depending on distance from the roaster.
• We also use USPS Priority Mail for PO box orders larger than a single small item, which takes about 2-4 days to arrive.

For all of the above cases, there may be some exceptions such as weather issues or a slowdown in fulfillment due to order volume. If a sale is active, order fulfillment can slow down a bit, but outside of that we will try our best to alert you of exceptional cases in our shipping times.

Tracking emails will be sent to the email address on your order once an order has shipped.
