How can I check the status of my order?Updated a year ago

Thank you for placing your order with Purity Coffee! All order updates will be sent to the email used when placing the order, you should have one order confirmation and one shipping notification.

You can also log in at this link to view/track your order.

If the tracking information on your most recent order is not shown, it may still be processing. If that is the case, we'll email you the tracking link just as soon as it ships.  

We roast all whole bean orders fresh, and our normal turn around time is 3 business days or less. We'll also notify you of any special circumstances that may be delaying your order.
