Purity Coffee is 100% Organic Arabica beans, and we use a rotating blend of beans from Central and South America. 

Purity Coffee is also specialty grade, Rainforest Alliance Certified, Smithsonian Bird Friendly, Demeter Biodynamic Certified, and we practice regenerative farming techniques as well!

I have a question about Purity Coffee products.

We do not offer loosely ground coffee at this time. Whole bean preserves the freshness of the coffee, and therefore locks in the antioxidants. It also allows you to control the size of the grind and best match your taste preferences and brew method. At Purity Coffee we put health first, which is why we suggest the whole bean option.  To get the most out of our coffee we recommend grinding the amount you need and brewing it within 15 minutes.

However, we do offer pre-ground pods and sachets which are individually sealed using nitrogen to keep the ground coffee fresh.  Pods are compatible with most single-cup brew systems, and to brew the sachets, all you need is a cup and hot water.

I need help with my subscription.

You can find a green bubble with a gift box in the bottom right corner of any page. Clicking on this bubble will prompt you to log in, then will bring up information about rewards. Your current balance will show at the very top. 

"Your rewards" will show at the top with any existing coupon codes you have.

"Ways to earn" will show different activities you can perform to earn additional points.

"Ways to redeem" will allow you to redeem points for a discount. Click "redeem" to bring up a slider that will allow you to change the discount amount in increments of 100 points ($1) value. Once you’ve selected the discount amount you want, click the “Redeem” button again to create a coupon code worth the amount chosen. This code will be given within the rewards tab and sent to you via email.

Once a code is created, you can use it at checkout to discount your one time order based on the amount of points used. Note that this cannot be combined with other discounts.

I need help with redeeming points.

After an order is placed, it will typically ship from our roaster (in North Carolina) within 3 business days. You will receive an automated notification email with a tracking number just as soon as your order ships.

Please note, there may be rare or exceptional circumstances which arise and cause a delay. When these issues occur, we will do our best to minimize any additional delays and to communicate on any delays we are unable to address internally.
