All whole bean Purity Coffee orders are roasted fresh to order and ship directly from our roasting facility.
On your bag you will find a 'best by' date. This date is exactly ten months from the very day the coffee was roasted. For example, an 11/10/2023 best by date means the coffee was roasted on 1/10/2023.
We seal our bags using nitrogen to displace the oxygen and keep the beans as fresh as possible. Unopened bags of Purity Coffee will remain fresh tasting for up to ten months when packaged this way.
