Our sachets are biodegradable and made from a plant-based material called polylactic acid. It's produced by breaking down starches found in plant sources. Through this process, no plant DNA is left behind, making these hypoallergenic and allergen-free. The "glue" is the same material, just heated up to bind the tag.
We individually seal the freshly roasted and ground coffee using nitrogen to displace the oxygen and prevent the coffee from staling. When packaged this way, the coffee will remain fresh tasting for up to ten months.
