The only ingredient in all Purity Coffee (all roasts) is 100% Organic Arabica Beans.
Purity Coffee is gluten and nut free, and our coffee does not come in contact with any gluten or nuts along the supply chain.
Purity Coffee is free of the top eight allergens, our roasting facility is FSMA compliant, and we do not use latex gloves. We are certified USDA organic as well as specialty-grade and lab tested for molds and mycotoxins.

We regularly third party test our coffees for a variety of things, and gluten is a part of this testing. If you are looking at the whole bean product pages, you'll find a link on each roast that says "Click here for more info on X". Moving to that page has a ton of information about the roast, and at the very bottom you can see testing for each (both a nutrient/mineral profile and contaminants). The contaminant COA will contain the gluten test results.
Although Purity Coffee is kosher naturally, we do not have a Kosher Certification at this time.
