We're sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your subscription - if you have any questions or feel there is something we can improve on, please let us know! We really appreciate you choosing Purity Coffee and sharing any feedback you have.

To access your subscription, you'll need to log in at this link.

From the list of options, choose "cancel."

Please let us know the reason you are cancelling (we are always working to improve!) by selecting one of the options. You can also scroll down to choose "other" and enter your own text. Click "continue."

You'll be taken back to the portal, where you can confirm the cancellation was saved. You'll receive a separate email notification as well.

Worth noting - if you decide you'd like to resubscribe, it's easy to reactivate and pick up right where you left off.
